Heather O'Neill

Heather O'Neill is a journalist, content strategist, and essayist who has spent more than 30 years helping people and organizations tell their stories.
She's worked everywhere from newsrooms and nonprofits to tech companies and scrappy startups, but at her core, she's a reporter who is endlessly curious about people. What drives them, what derails them, and how work, health, ambition, and identity collide in real life. She's less interested in the polished version and more interested in the messy truth underneath.
Heather’s work has appeared in Parenting, Alternative Medicine, Marin Magazine, Greenwich Magazine, Westport Magazine, the Connecticut Post, The Stamford Advocate and other publications.
Lisa Pierce Flores has spent decades reporting on a wide range of topics, including healthcare, for outlets like Time Magazine, The New York Times, Entertainment Weekly, and Hearst Media.
But up until now she has not talked (or written) publicly about her own health issues: Level 4 endometriosis, infertility, chronic migraine, and two types of cancer. (You get it: She's been through some stuff.)
Now that she's joined forces with her longtime friend and colleague Heather O'Neill that's all about to change.
